Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking.

You agree to provide accurate information when making a booking. You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers comply with our behaviour policies. Kingdom Rides reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disruptively or unlawfully.

Kingdom Rides shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
